CURRENT Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card


Must have Arizona SEI (Structured English Immersion) Endorsement, Bilingual Spanish Endorsement or ESL Endorsement posted on teaching certificate.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
