Management Level Mechanical Engineer needed for a full time position.
Requirements:


BS degree Mechanical Engineering

8:10 years very strong mechanical design experience

3:4 years management experience : good leader and mentor : someone who sets their teams and managers up for success : good listener

Minimal hands:on design; more of a advice, counsel and review role

Technical knowledge of mechanical design is crucial

Must have core design experience, prototype experience, testing of prototypes, formal qualifying of prototypes, and experience releasing into production

Must have experience with preliminary design to critical design review mandates

Experience interfacing with large OEM's i.e. BEA, General Dynamics, etc.

Experience with Human Interaction Software

Experience with Solidworks and full CAD design

Experience with finite elements and structural integrity analysis

Must be flexible and cool headed

Active clearance is a plus
