About JAN:

I have tutored before in california and home schooled my children. I love the one on one, especially in math and science. I come from an academic family and have a BS from UC Davis in Biology. I like to pick apart details and get to the crux of the problems students have with their assignments. I even managed to teach my elementary and junior high school children how electrons are loaded onto atoms which delighted me because I resisted it when I was in school. Algebra is a mainstay for me and I feel very necessary for students to understand. I now am a housewife in Tucson looking for some extra income and some challenge.
